RETURN POLICY


1) LOST PACKAGES

L&A Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost during transit or for packages lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.  

We provide customers with the corresponding tracking number and proof of delivery sent to the email address provided at checkout. Our responsibility is limited solely to delivering the package to the shipping carrier.

If you experience any issues with your shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

2) REFUND
L&A jewelry does not offer any refunds.


3)EXCHANGES (If applicable)

• All items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

• We only replace defective or damaged items. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.

• Exchanges for broken or damaged items must be requested within 3 days after delivery.

• We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Important: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs and return labels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
