All our pieces are made of high-quality 925 Sterling Silver, perfect for sensitive skin and long-lasting shine.
2. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, our 925 Sterling Silver jewelry is hypoallergenic and safe for most skin types.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we ship only within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand our reach!
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You add your products at the cart and put tehre your address and you can see the shipping time for you.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unused and in their original packaging.
6. Do you offer custom orders or engraving?
Currently, we do not offer custom or engraved pieces, but we are working to offer this option in the future.
7. How can I take care of my jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store your jewelry in a dry place, and clean it with a soft cloth after each use. You can also check our Jewelry Care Recomendations for more tips.
